    Id like to say how amazing the service from Tara at Glenelg office was on Saturday. She is definately a staff member you need to truley value. She went above and beyond with her assistance and didnt care one bit that it was getting very close to closing time. A big thankyou to you Tara. xx

    Having signed up to multiple plans over the years I can honestly say that it has never taken longer than 15 minutes when signing up to a new plan. It took even less time than this when I originally signed up with optus over the phone....

    Firstly, if retail hours are open until 5:30, why wouldn't the support teams be available? Seems to me like a case of "I can't be bothered with the paperwork" kind of attitude to me.

    Arrived in store just after 5pm today to upgrade my plan and handset. Was told that the service teams would have finished and if anything "went wrong", there would be no one to help. So, no I wouldn't be able to upgrade today and would need to come back another time...

    Optus support told me to go to this store for support but when I arrived at the store I was told the store is only as franchise and they do not do support, only sales. If Optus is sending you to this store, don’t go. They cant help you but they will try and sell you stuff. Dont waste your time with this store, they just want your cash and for you to leave.
