    Rang to query my Telsta plan organised by this branch. Casey said she could not identify me as she did not serve me last visit. So she was to get Cobby to ring me back. I waited several hours - no call back and store is now closed. Very bad service.

    Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Went in to change providers and get a new phone. The process was so hassle free and painless. Hayley was incredibley efficient and knowledgable. Was in and out in less than 30mins; New provider, new contract and new phone.

    Dissapointed with Telstra Glenelg's service with my 86 year old grandmother today. Staff managed to communicate with me; however, struggled to acknowledge my grandmother as a customer and person throughout the experience, particularly strange considering she was the Telstra customer. I myself am with Vodafone and will assisting her in her transtition accordingly.

    Very happy with the service here,went in to ask a quick question and walked out with a new Samsung Galaxt S8 and a tablet!!! Thankyou Ravi,u made my xmas this year!!!!
