  Was there for a meal with 13 others. The steaks where over cooked. Staff where not knowledge on the restaurant. The meal was a huge disappointment. The restaurant has no heating outside as has not worked in several years.

  Had a disappointing meal here. Wanted to have a small family gathering but told they couldn’t handle a group of 11 despite there being 3 unreserved tables of 4 right there?! Had to split up the group with grandkids and grand parents in different parts of the room. Otherwise, Staff were friendly and attentive. Kids meals were ok, kids ribs were great! Sadly all other food wasn’t so good. Brioche entree was doughy and tasteless, not at all fresh like it should be. The fillet mignon was bland and lifeless. The bacon was watery, the salads meh and the baked potato tasted weird. Only the garlic butter dressing offered flavor. My wife’s meal was the same, she consumed half the garlic dressing to get through her meal. Other family members that ordered steak meals were also disappointed. When paying $36+ for a steak meal, you expect it to be amazing, this was very poor. Not sure how you could ruin what looked to amazing cuts of meat.

  Terrible, we wanted it to be good but it just wasn't. Severely understaffed, so much so our drinks when ordering our meal were never delivered and when leaving we got out money back for them. And we asked our table to be cleaned but they literally had no staff available to do it and gave us the damp cloth to do it ourselves. While waiting for our meals I lined up at the bar to try and order a separate round of drinks, with one lady taking meal orders and trying to do the bar, they were turning people away from empty tables, unable to accommodate them - take their orders, set tables or do drinks. The food was good (steak was very small and one was sent back for being way over done) and the staff were friendly, there just weren't enough of them tonight to make it what it should have been.

  Portion size very small for $36, had to go get something to eat after coming here. Steak was ok, and chips tasted like the frozen McCain's ones you cook in the oven.
