  We employed JKC to manage our executive property at Clarendon last year. We returned to a total debacle where JKC stated the tenants had some bad luck so were unable to pay the rent. Further, no inspections were conducted and when we asked for a refund of management fees (around $2000.00), less admin fees the Director all but laughed at me. I wouldn't recommend JKC to anyone, executive property manager, ha! When South Australia introduces a licensing system for property managers, I will be making further complaint.
