The staff are slow at serving and the lines are large, requires more staff to serve but good selection of products

Pathetic staff members, dumb millennial girls who wouldn't know customer service if it smacked them in the face. USELESS! No wonder people buy online! Watched about 15 people in front of the display cabinet for perfume and not one person proactively served them, had to physically hunt someone down for service. Get rid of these complete imbeciles please!
