Enjoyed looking around the little museum here and watching slide shows of historic photos of the area.

awesome place to get a lot of the local Glenelg nautical history and learn about how attitudes have evolved over the years.

The Bay Discovery Centre was some kind of museum which requires a gold coin donation. The whole area isn't very big, not too many exhibitions so it's easily done in 10 minutes. What I remembered was that it showcased some historical artefacts and uniforms of the olden days.

allow an hour or two if you must discover everything. perfect if your visiting the area and planning to get lunch and visit the beach anyway.

Good on Anglo -Australian history and culture but pathetic on Aboriginal culture and the history of their violent dispossession.

Excellent Place to learn the history of this location
