  Attended the practice with my daughter tonight and am very glad they offer a later than normal service. We were most fortunate to have an appointment immediately and then experienced only a short waiting time. Dr Lane had an instant rapport with my daughter, with his kindness, manner and treatment. She was most obliging to do whatever he needed without hesitation. I was very impressed and felt I had her in the best hands!! Receptionist most helpful and friendly also. Will definitely be visiting again, but hopefully not too soon. :)

  With respect if you need a more than occasional G.P in the area I'd recommend the good Dr Lane but may I say the receptionist is rather "pleasant"

  Efficient , excellent time frame brief waiting time , rapport takes time professional without extra's.

  My wife and I have been relying on this practice for about a year and have always been completely satisified with all aspects of its operation: front office staff always friendly and efficient; waiting room time is short; doctors and nurses all good listeners, know their stuff, share their knowledge and connect well with patient's concerns.
