  Staff are so friendly and helpful. I don't train anywhere else because nowhere else makes me feel as comfortable. I never feel intimidated and the place is so clean and safe! Love it!

  A spacious, modern gym with views. The place is clean and equipment is well maintained. There's two seperate exercise studios in addition to the main gym area. Staff are friendly and helpful. There's always good music playing with no annoying ad breaks! I've been to a lot of gyms and this one's my fave. Bonus points for the handy location - just down the hall from my office!
